THE STUDENTS WIN - by being presented the opportunity to show themselves (and others) what they're made of. Pressure turns coal into diamonds. 💎
They were exposed to a powerful ecosystem (Odoo) and were inspired by the infinite possibilities it presents. 💡
Beyond the 6 champions we hired - all who participated learned so much, and are already getting contacted by other companies who believe in their potential. What a great way for them to kick-start their careers! 🚀
THE REGION WINS - "El Eje Cafetero" or Colombia's coffee-growing heartland may often be overlooked when it comes to seeking out talent for our industry. People will look at Bogota, Medellin and other large cities. This truly inspiring exercise that revealed that they're bursting with talent. Cloud Lion will continue to actively recruit in the area. ☕💜
THE INSTITUTIONS WIN - Cloud Lion has invested itself into building strong bridges with both of these institutions, we were then able to bring Odoo into the picture - other companies will follow, as I plan on bringing North American and European clients with me for them to do direct hiring on their own.
Cloud Lion believes in SENA and UTP, and will continue to build upwards.
